What color should I paint the 1969 Cadillac DeVille Convertible?

One of these days I’m going to have to de-camo this Caddy.  I saw this photo on a message board somewhere and I’m thinking that a black on black with chrome trim might be a nice look.  White would also be classic looking, but there’s something about this one…

      Hi Jon, my car is definitely a 69. What makes you think it’s a 70?

      The photo of the black DeVille above may be of a 1970 Cadillac, that was just a photo I found online to use as a reference for how the chrome looks and for paint job ideas.

    Black is always a classic. Especially triple black. I’d be afraid of the heat factor. Any other color ideas?

      The original color was white with the maroon interior. I was initially planning on painting it back to white until I saw that photo of the black one.

      I think if I painted it white, I might need to get some boss hog cattle horns to go with it.
