This was my first classic car purchase. I’ve been wanting a convertible car since the day after I sold my old 1997 Chevy Camaro convertible.

Now that our family is a party of 5, it’s been a challenge finding a convertible that could fit everyone.  Hopefully once this is restored back to driving condition, I’ll be able to fit all 3 kids in the back on a nice weekend drive.

I’ll be using this blog to chronicle my car’s journey from a Camouflaged Caddy to a Sunday driver type restoration.

NOTE: I don’t know the first thing about working cars, fixing cars, classic cars, restoration lingo. So keep that in mind as you read the posts from viewpoint of a newbie to the classic Cadillac world :)
